Shipping Time:

All machines is in stock now and will be shipped out in about 2 working days. Generally speaking, it will take about 4-7 working days to be delivered to United States. Sorry, we do not support shipping to other countries at this time.

We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.

Customs Fees:

We will pay for customs tax to United States. Packages are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter. 

Change Address:

If your order has not shipped, you can contact us to change the address

If your order has already been shipped, We do not accept changes of address. Therefore, please be sure to confirm the delivery address before placing an order. If you do need to change your address, we will charge a change of address fee of $30/piece. Failure to change address will be refunded
